In addition to the basic paperwork required for Scout rank, we also ask that two additional forms be turned in as soon as possible.  Both are in the new parent packet and the files for both can also be found in the Attachments section below.


1)  Scout Registration Form - Please be as complete as possible.  If you are planning on helping to carpool, vehicle information is important for insurance purposes.


2)  Troop Discipline Policy - There are two copies in the new parent packet.  Please read through it carefully.  You and your scout should sign one and hand it in either at the Crossover weekend or a troop meeting.  Keep one for your records.
